i found out 2 days ago the mother of my child took my kid to New York without my knowledge....prior to that she was giving me a hard time to see her, we are not married but lived together for the first year of my daugthers life ...she will be 2yrs old soon. I want to know if she can legally take my kid to another state without telling me and what can i do about it to make her come back?

If you have a court order in place right now and you live in PA then she is voilating PA's law (but may vary by county) to notify the court prior to her relocation. You can get that enforced immediately by filing a motion. Check with your court prothonotary.

If you don't have a court order, then you can ask the court to have an immediate hearing. Let them know it's only been a few days. If you or court wait for more than 6 months then your county has no recourse.

How Do I get assistance in collecting child support/arrears

I have been fighting with the non custodial parent for years to get paid on time monthly and it has been through dcf and he has been to court twice now and still he is not paying the support ordered monthly and he owes me so much arrears money, how can I get him to pay me immediately?
