First time dealing with custody trial

Hello I was wondering if anyone could offer assistance or advise I am going to trial on Jan.  3 requesting a move away and I'm nervous any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

Sorry for the late response but in all you do, relax, be honest, and keep the children emotional, financial, and physical needs first. You can make your case by providing the court with a log of dates and statements that your children make. You can provide the courts with information that will convey and show a prosperous life for you and the children if you were granted the change you are seeking. Please be advised that judges need compelling reasons why changes are needed before they are granted. Remember once the family and its members are in the court system, you pretty much have to answer to another party (non-bias) before making family decisions; and that the judge and his or her officials.
