My ex and I have a 5 year old daughter. She has a 4 year old son with another one of her exes but he was taken away from her because of neglect. When they took her son from her, my daughter was with me at the time so she wasn't there for CPS to remove. My question is this. I am trying to get custody of my daughter, will the fact that my ex has had her son taken from her due to neglect help build my case?
